Marketing Data Agreement

By participating in the survey you agree to and acknowledge the following conditions:

1. You have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. By submitting a Survey Response you grant the Company/Business/Person the Survey Response relates to and the third-party service provider, RealSatisfied LLC, the right to use, control, share, reproduce, translate, distribute, manage, publicly display and remove your Survey Response in accordance with the Terms of Use.
3. Details of your Survey Response may be shared with others pursuant to the Terms of Use, including but not limited to including your Survey Response data in aggregated benchmark/rating data, used to compare real estate companies or agents on a local, regional and national level. Furthermore, you understand once you submit your Survey Response it may be publicly accessible, including, but not limited to, agent websites, corporate websites and national real estate syndication portals.
4. Survey Responses may also include personally identifiable information, but only as provided by you.
5. Your Survey Response will not violate any third party’s rights, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, and / or impersonate others, threaten, stalk, harm, or harass others, or promote bigotry or discrimination, including illegal hate speech, pornography or exploits or otherwise harms minors.
